On top of the Great Resignation there is a growing Great Migration to Mexico and it seems to be accelerating. Yesterday, we told you about how the CBO projects that the vast majority of population growth by 2040 will be through immigration but what happens if the immigrants don’t come but Americans leave the US for other countries?

Many of the Americans moving to Mexico are California residents — a state that has seen its population growth decline for about the past 30 years. California is so expensive that the state’s residents are moving out and making parts of Mexico City too expensive for the Mexicans.

If these trends continue then some key Mexican brands may continue to prosper and that provides a potential investment opportunity. We’ll start looking into Mexican companies and top brands that may reap additional income and profits so stay tuned and stay solvent.
